Brief Biosketch:
Dr. Javier received his M.D. degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines graduating with honors, Cum Laude. He did his internship at the University of Santo Tomas, residency at Wayne State University and fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He is presently Acting Section Chief of Endocrinology and Director of the Diabetes Care Center at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. He as serves as the Director of the Bristol Hospital Center for Diabetes.
